About Art

I like to doodle when I’m bored or have some wacky idea. Now instead of doodling and losing the picture, I can doodle and then put it up on the web, preserving it so that people can see it. Most of the images are produced digitally, and I’m still getting the hang of using a Wacom tablet. Truth be told, I am not a very good artist, and have no formal artistic training. I am doing this mainly for fun and to develop various skills, though comments and visitors are always welcome. Hopefully I can continue to hone my skills at this!

Known to the denizens of the internet merely as Shiranai (Meaning “I don’t know”), I consider myself to be at least on the upper half of the geek hierarchy, since I enjoy nerdy pursuits such as anime, gaming, sci-fi/fantasy novels, and toying around with computers. Despite this, I am married and live in my own house (as opposed to my mom’s basement), and contribute at least somewhat to society. As a rule, I do not blog about my professional life, so do not expect me to talk about what I do for a living on this site.
